DNS queries
We aim not to store DNS query history for individual users. AdGuard Home and related DNS services may use minimal technical logs for diagnostics, abuse protection, and service stability.
Technical data
Servers may temporarily see the client IP address, connection time, protocol type, response code, and service error details. This is used for availability monitoring, abuse limits, and incident investigation.
Encrypted protocols
We support DNS-over-TLS and DNS-over-HTTPS. They help hide DNS queries from providers and network intermediaries, but they do not make a user fully anonymous to the sites they open.
DNS check
The DNS check uses a one-time check-host under *.check.bezmezhau.com. It is only used to confirm that the device is actually using Bezmezhau DNS.
Retention
If technical logs are enabled for diagnostics or security, we keep them only as long as needed to operate the service, troubleshoot errors, and protect infrastructure.
Support requests
When you contact us in Telegram or another channel, we see only the information you choose to send. We use it only to respond and support the service.
