General Provisions & Acceptance
This document is the official Public Offer of Bezmezhau DNS. Using our server IP addresses, DoH/DoT protocols, configuration profiles, or the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Terms of Service (Public Offer)
Terms and rules for using Bezmezhau DNS network infrastructure, SmartDNS, and bezmezhau.com web services.

§ 2
Definitions
Service refers to the distributed DNS resolvers, SmartDNS routing nodes, and the bezmezhau.com website. User refers to any person or entity using the Service. SmartDNS refers to selective query routing technology.
§ 3
Scope & Architecture (DNS vs VPN)
The Service provides free domain name resolution, SmartDNS routing, and ad blocking without mandatory registration. The Service processes only DNS queries and is not a VPN tunnel: content traffic flows directly from your ISP to target servers.
§ 4
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You must not use the Service for DoS/DDoS attacks, DNS amplification, spam, malware distribution, scanning, or unauthorized access. We reserve the right to apply Rate Limiting and block abusive IP addresses.
§ 5
Privacy & No-Logs Policy
The Service adheres to a strict No-Logs policy: personal DNS history is never logged, profiled, or sold to third parties. Transient operational metrics are processed only to maintain stability and mitigate attacks.
§ 6
Disclaimer of Warranties (AS IS)
The Service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor can we guarantee access to third-party services subject to external restrictions or geo-blocking.
§ 7
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, lost profits, account suspensions on third-party platforms, or carrier disruptions. Consumer penalties for commercial non-performance do not apply to free services.
§ 8
Intellectual Property
Website assets and filtering configurations belong to the Service Administration. Third-party trademarks (Apple, Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Spotify, Sony, etc.) are cited strictly for technical compatibility.
§ 9
Paid & Auxiliary Features
Paid add-ons (such as dedicated VPN profiles or subscription payment facilitation) are subject to specific terms. For external subscription payments, the Service acts as an organizational and technical intermediary.
§ 10
Refund Policy (Returns)
Users may request a refund if a paid service is not rendered or access is technically impossible due to Service failure. Requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of payment. Refunds are processed strictly to the original payment method and account/card used for the transaction. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days, and funds arrive within 1 to 10 business days depending on the user's issuing bank.

Abuse & Dispute Resolution
Abuse notifications must be submitted via /abuse or our Telegram channel @bezmezhau, accompanied by technical evidence and UTC timestamps.

Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions become legally effective upon publication at bezmezhau.com/terms.
