Step-by-step instructions
Follow the steps below. Setup takes less than two minutes.
1Open Settings (Win + I) → Network & internet.
2Select your active connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) and open properties.
3In the DNS server assignment section, click Edit.
4Select Manual and toggle the IPv4 switch to On.
5Set Preferred DNS to: 143.20.64.55.
6Set Alternate DNS to the backup resolver: 91.108.243.78.
7Important for Belarus: Press Win+R → ncpa.cpl → Network Adapter Properties → Uncheck 'Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)'.
8Save settings, flush DNS cache via 'ipconfig /flushdns' in terminal, and verify the connection.
💡 Tip: Always disable IPv6 on your network adapter in Windows: Beltelecom routers provide an IPv6 DNS that Windows prioritizes, causing ISP leaks and geo-blocking.
